We designed our “internship experience” purely based off our company’s journey. For an intern at LNC, it is crucial that the “internship experience” complies with the needs of the intern as well as the company. Furthermore, it is important that our intern’s knowledge and understanding of the concrete industries practices be increased while allowing them to function as a key part of our team throughout every step of a given project.

This includes concrete formwork design and installation, concrete reinforcement procurement and installation, concrete placement, and finishing.
